We have won the Dexcom International Marketing Award (DIMA) for 2020 and this is an achievement of which we are extremely proud.
We were judged on three criteria:
- Campaign execution
- Creativity
- Business impact
We were able to achieve this important result by pursuing a twofold objective: putting the patient at the centre and supporting healthcare professionals.
In particular, what made the difference was the development of a personalised pathway – both online and offline – to provide assistance and training to people living with chronic diseases such as diabetes and using our technologies, in agreement with healthcare professionals during lockdown.
