IndustriaFelix 2021: Theras in top-performing companies

Founded and developed in the province of Parma, Theras Lifetech is the company that today can once again be proud to win the Industria Felix 2021 Award as the best company under 40 for management performance and financial reliability.

A well-deserved goal, the culmination of surprising results in the research and commercialisation of cutting-edge technologies for the treatment and continuous monitoring of diabetes and the management of chronic pain.

The award, promoted by Industria Felix Magazine (an economics and finance quarterly supplement of Il Sole 24 Ore in collaboration with the Cerved Centre for Economic Studies, the Luiss Guido Carli University and the Industria Felix Cultural Association), is reserved for businesses in Italy with virtuous budgets that represent excellence and contribute, through management quality and an increase in jobs, to social welfare and economic progress.

Theras Lifetech closed 2020 with a turnover of almost 84 million euros, a 40% increase on the previous year, which had already closed with a result of over 60 million euros. The staff is made up of about 100 people including employees and collaborators, half of whom work throughout the country to provide technical support to healthcare centres, doctors and patients, with a 24/7 assistance service.

Theras Lifetech's most important commercial partnerships are with American companies that are leaders in their field. These are Dexcom and Insulet (which Forbes ranks as the second and fourth fastest growing innovators) and Nevro, an American company that has patented a unique therapy for the treatment of chronic pain. Theras Lifetech also in collaboration with more than 200 hospitals and specialist clinics throughout Italy.
