2019 has been the year of the Logistics Team, which rose to the podium as the team with the highest number of training hours per capita.
In this process, together with the Kaizen Institute, we have achieved a transformation of our Logistics Hub and its internal flows, optimizing our internal processes as well as the experience of our customers.
2020, on the other hand, is certainly the year of the Sales & Marketing function.
To date, we have made available over 10 courses for each employee, in just 2 months!
We have implemented a cycle of updates and internal trainings for them about how to use the various online platforms aimed at providing services for our medical partners, on the latest clinical studies, on sector regulations, on technical-specialist skills, on the latest news, on technical-scientific as well as on privacy and the code of ethics.
All this because we believe in the enhancement and growth of all our collaborators, elements that remain a fundamental value of our business.
